CRM: Customers, Deals, and Interactions

Manage your customer database, track sales deals, and log every interaction from calls to meetings.

Adding customers

Go to CRM and click "Add customer." Fill in the contact details: name, email, phone, and company. Customers added here are available when creating invoices, enrolling in loyalty programs, and logging interactions.

Deals and pipeline

A Deal represents a potential sale that has not yet closed. Create a deal with a value, expected close date, and status (Open, Won, Lost). The CRM overview shows total active deals, pipeline value, and won deals this month.

Logging interactions

On a customer's detail page, add interactions to keep a history of every touchpoint: Call, Email, Meeting, or Note. Each interaction has a date, description, and outcome. This helps your team pick up conversations exactly where they left off.

Linking invoices

Any invoice created for a customer is linked back to their CRM profile. You can see all invoices and their payment status directly from the customer detail page, giving you a single view of the full customer relationship.
